I always try to fill empty sound with noises, with Youtube videos. I think it's very dangerous to do that because you're going to get to used to that and eventually you will never get used to not having instant and unlimited entertainment. It's sort of an addiction.
I know what to do. Just be moderate about your enjoyment.
Darkness without light is an abyss. Light without darkness is blinding. You can't have a one sided coin
